Ask Anything Solar was founded to help/protect the consumer so they can learn about solar without the high pressure sleazy sales tactics most companies/salespeople like to use or taught to use. We learned early on from talking with, dealing with and even training with, that most companies like to use a lot of manipulation to get or force sales. On top of that, we learned how the utility companies are always looking to raise the rates and that doesn’t look like it’s going to end anytime soon. There is a place for solar but it MUST be done right! Our goal is to do best by the consumer and give them an enjoyable solar journey.

We understand a solar company and its salespeople need the revenue to pay the bills. We also understand utility companies need to keep raising rates to pay the bills. However, many industries and solar being one of them, create an environment of greed at the consumers expense. The leaders of many solar companies typically only care about the sale and not the consumer. “Get the sale at all costs” is the mentality. That is NOT cool!

We are here to sell solar as well. However, we only want to do it right. That means not using high pressure pushy sales tactics and cutting out the fluff. If there is not a fit or a consumer doesn't want solar, that is totally ok. At least they know and didn’t have to deal with a bunch of BS to figure it out. We are here to educate and create understanding about solar. Then, let the consumer decide if it’s for them.

To be an advocate for the customer and put them first. To give the customer a great solar experience no matter what they decide. To let them have clarity without dealing with manipulation or tricks that are taught by sales departments for solar companies.

Ask Anything Solar will make sure the customer will see options available in the market place and let them choose what is best for them. Then, put together an estimate of the best case scenario for the customer.
